Individual Counselling
Individual talking therapy, or counselling is available online, over the telephone or in person (therapy rooms are located in Ironbridge, Shropshire). Sessions cost £40.00 per counselling hour with a free initial 30 minute consultation.
The number of one-to-one sessions required will depend on numerous factors and can be discussed during the free initial consultation. We do our best to offer a flexible service whilst ensuring the work is carried out in safe and ethical way.
